Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide analytics information, and enable personalization. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).
2. How We Use Cookies
Furniver uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Service to function. They handle authentication, session management, security, and user preferences. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as the Service would not work without them.
Preference Cookies: These cookies remember your settings, such as your selected language (NEXT_LOCALE cookie) and theme preferences, so you don't have to set them each time you visit.
Analytics Cookies: We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data helps us improve the user experience and optimize our Service.
3. Cookies We Use
Below is a list of the main cookies used by Furniver:
• sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token — Essential — Supabase authentication session tokens. Expire when the session ends or upon logout.
• NEXT_LOCALE — Preference — Stores your preferred language (en, tr, fr, de, nl). Expires after 1 year.
• stripe.csrf — Essential — Stripe checkout security token. Expires after the checkout session.
• __stripe_mid / __stripe_sid — Essential — Stripe fraud prevention tokens. Expire after 1 year / 30 minutes respectively.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies. The third parties that may set cookies through our Service include:
• Stripe — Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Supabase — Authentication and session management.
• Vercel — Application hosting and performance analytics.
Each of these providers has their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The location of these settings varies by browser — check your browser's help documentation for instructions.
Note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core features like authentication.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, but we respect your privacy preferences as described in this policy and our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
