By accessing or using Furniver's AI-powered furniture product photography platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

Furniver provides an AI-powered platform that enables furniture manufacturers, interior designers, and retailers to:

• Upload product images and generate professional lifestyle photography using artificial intelligence.

• Create branded product catalogs with customizable templates and export them as PDFs.

• Generate 3D models from product images.

• Manage product portfolios with metadata, brand profiles, and media libraries.

The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model where certain actions consume credits from your plan.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise), each with a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed when you generate images, create catalog pages, or generate 3D models.

• Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

• One-time bonus credits (e.g., sign-up bonuses) do not expire until used.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe.

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods or unused credits.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive imagery.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

• Circumvent usage limits, credit restrictions, or security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all product images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant Furniver a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated images, catalog pages, and other outputs created through the Service are owned by you, subject to any applicable limitations of the underlying AI models.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Furniver and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

AI-generated images are produced by third-party machine learning models. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, artifacts, or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in marketing materials, catalogs, or other publications. Furniver is not liable for any claims arising from the use of AI-generated content.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may downgrade your account to the free tier after a grace period.

Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERIGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
