This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our AI-powered furniture product photography platform, including our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Service.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe may share your payment method details (last 4 digits, expiration) and billing address with us.

Product Images: You upload product images to our platform for AI-powered photography generation. These images are stored securely in our cloud storage.

Generated Content: AI-generated images, catalogs, 3D models, and related metadata are stored in your account.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, credits consumed, browser type, IP address, and device information.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to improve the Service. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI image generation, catalog creation, and 3D model generation.

• To process transactions and manage your subscription and credits.

• To send you service-related communications, such as account verification emails, billing notifications, and support responses.

• To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.

• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following categories of third parties:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services (EU region).

• Kie.ai (Nano Banana): AI image generation processing. Your product images are sent to this service to generate lifestyle photography. Generated images are returned and stored in your account.

• fal.ai: 3D model generation. Product images may be sent for 3D model creation.

• Vercel: Application hosting and delivery.

We require all third-party service providers to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Uploaded product images and generated content are deleted when you remove them from your account or when your account is deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
